The Center for Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is located at Three Richland Medical Park and is physically attached to Richland Memorial Hospital. Our offices, insurance department, examination rooms, and operating room for select surgeries is on the ground floor, suite #130, of building three. A parking garage is located adjacent to 3 Medical Park for your convenience.

Our well trained staff will strive to respond to your needs before, during, and after your visit.

Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday. The office is closed from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm for lunch.

Doctors and nurses are available to our patients twenty-four hours a day through our answering service. Convenient voice mail menus allow messages to be specifically routed for appointments, scheduled procedures, insurance department, nursing personnel, or Dr. Rich.

The Palmetto Surgery Center

In addition to our home office, we also have the Palmetto Surgery Center. The Surgery Center is designed exclusively for outpatient surgery and offers patients a convenient, comfortable and generally less costly alternative to the hospital. The Center's warm surroundings and increased level of individual attention minimize the stress often associated with surgery. At the Surgery Center, Dr. Rich is supported by a highly skilled team of anesthesia providers, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical technicians specially trained in surgical and recovery care. The Center is equipped with sophisticated monitors and highly technical equipment and instrumentation. The standards of care required by surgical governing bodies are strictly followed.

The Palmetto Surgery Center is located just off Two Notch Road off the Highway 77 exit.
